Definitions

The definitions of these activities can vary with the companies and legislation. Here is what we define by :

Acclimatized :

A fish acclimatized in our facilities is carefully fed and followed during a minimum of 9 days.

Transhipping :

A fish shipping by transhipping is acclimatized directly by the store.

We deliver from our company TROPIC international fish by transshipping only to shops that obtain a facility agreement.

Stabilized :

This service consists in keeping fish ordered in transhipping so that they can be stabilized in aquarium for 24 hours. They are then delivered to the customer with alive food for a first quality feeding.

Important: a fish delivered in stabilized is not assimilated to acclimatized.
